Rules and Restrictions¶
The Nexus Partner Program is committed to building honest, transparent, and sustainable partnerships. To preserve ecosystem integrity, all participants adhere to shared fair promotion standards.
Prohibited Promotion Practices¶
Violating partner rules leads to immediate suspension of the partner cabinet and forfeiture of pending earnings.
Strictly prohibited:
- Spam in any format:
- unsolicited mass messaging via email, messaging apps, or social networks;
- cold direct messages to unfamiliar users;
- posting referral links in comments of public channels, group chats, or external forums without explicit administrator consent.
- Incentivized and synthetic traffic:
- acquiring sign-ups via task-reward exchanges, micro-task boards, or paid clicking services ("register for cash");
- utilizing botnets, headless scripts, or automated proxies to simulate user activity;
- artificially inflating clicks and registrations.
- Self-referrals:
- creating secondary personal accounts through your own referral link to earn kickbacks or discounts on your personal API consumption;
- setting up artificial referral rings.
- Deceptive marketing:
- promising non-existent features, fake promotions, "free perpetual unlimited access", or misrepresenting billing terms;
- impersonating official Nexus platforms or staff.
- Brand-bidding in search ads:
- bidding on protected trademarks including "Nexus", "Nexus Hub", and exact matching variations in search advertising networks (Google Ads, Yandex Direct, etc.) without prior written consent.
- Harmful environments:
- placing referral links on websites distributing malware, phishing pages, or illegal content.
Permitted and Encouraged Methods¶
We strongly support high-quality, value-driven promotion:
- publishing technical tutorials, video walkthroughs, comparative benchmarks, and analytical articles;
- displaying referral links in channel bios, personal blogs, technical platforms, and developer newsletters;
- embedding referral links into the user onboarding or settings interfaces of your applications, bots, tools, and extensions;
- running targeted digital ads directed at relevant audiences (engineers, technical leads, product managers);
- advising and assisting your audience on API integration and configuration.
Brand Standards¶
- Brand naming: refer to the service as Nexus or Nexus Hub.
- Clear positioning: make clear that your resource is an independent partner channel. Do not present your site, bot, or group as an official Nexus portal or official support channel.
- Assets: utilize current logo assets and visual guidelines provided in official documentation.
Attribution Rules¶
- First-touch policy: a customer is permanently attributed to the partner whose referral link was used when the customer first launched the bot and created their Nexus account.
- Pre-existing users: users who already possess an active Nexus account prior to clicking your link cannot be re-attributed.
- Accrual window: the standard reward accrual window spans 6 months from the date of client registration. For major enterprise integrations, custom accrual windows can be agreed upon.
- Dispute handling: in the event of technical discrepancies, partners may reach out to support with visit timestamp records. Inquiries are resolved based on immutable event logs.
