Submitting an Application

You can submit an application for the Nexus Partner Program directly within the official Telegram bot.

How to Apply

  1. Open the Nexus Telegram bot.
  2. Navigate to More → Partner program in the main menu.
  3. Review the overview and tap Submit an application.

You must have an active Nexus user account (created automatically when you first launch the bot).

Four Application Steps

The application wizard is organized into 4 clear steps:

Step 1: About you
→ Step 2: Platforms
→ Step 3: Cooperation & Payouts
→ Step 4: Review and submit

Step 1. About You

  • Name or team: provide your personal name, alias, or organization name.
  • Contact handle: your Telegram username or alternative contact method for operational communication with our team.

Step 2. Platforms

  • Platform links: submit web links to your promotion channels (Telegram channels, blogs, GitHub repositories, websites, bot applications).
  • You can enter multiple links in a single message separated by spaces or newlines.
  • All links must be active and accessible for evaluation.
  • Average reach (optional): audience size, monthly views, or active user count. You can skip this step by tapping Skip.

Step 3. Cooperation and Payouts

  • Cooperation format: select the best matching category using the buttons:
  • Content and communities;
  • Advertising and traffic;
  • Products and integrations;
  • Other.
  • Payout jurisdiction: specify your preferred legal entity type or settlement method (individual, sole proprietor, registered company, or digital currency).
  • Why this is requested: selecting your settlement method upfront ensures regulatory compliance and connects your account to the proper settlement gateway.
  • Comments (optional): briefly outline your planned promotion strategy or specific needs. This step can be skipped.

Step 4. Review and Submit

Before final submission, the bot displays a structured review card containing all provided details:

  • To modify any information, tap the corresponding edit button: Edit about, Edit platforms, or Edit cooperation.
  • When everything is verified, tap Submit application.

Draft progress is preserved: you can leave and return to the application wizard at any time without losing entered fields.

After Submission

Once confirmed, your application enters the team review queue.

The Partner program menu reflects the live status:

  • Pending: your submission is being evaluated. The evaluation window typically takes between a few hours and two business days.
  • Needs info: the team may reach out to request clarifying details regarding platform traffic or integration models.
  • Approved: your application is accepted. Full partner cabinet capabilities become active immediately, enabling campaign creation, link sharing, and earnings analytics.
  • Rejected: the application does not meet current criteria (e.g. inactive platforms, lack of authentic audience, or prohibited traffic sources). You may reapply once your platform profile evolves.
