Partner program

The Nexus partner program is for people and teams who regularly bring in users: creators, community owners, bot and service developers, integrators and agencies. Once your application is approved, you receive a cabinet with campaigns, permanent links, statistics and reward management.

How it differs from inviting friends

The referral program is a simple way to invite a friend and receive a one-time Nexus balance bonus.

The partner program supports ongoing cooperation. Terms are agreed when your application is approved: available campaign reward types, payouts and balance conversion can vary. The standard 50 ₽ friend bonus does not replace partner terms. Active partners cannot use the ordinary referral program.

Cooperation formats

Your application can describe:

  • Content & communities — reviews, tutorials, channels and professional communities.
  • Advertising & traffic — advertising placements and audience acquisition.
  • Products & integrations — bots, apps, extensions and products built with the Nexus API.
  • Other cooperation — an individual arrangement described in your application.

The format describes how you work. A campaign's reward type is a separate choice from those enabled for your cabinet: partner income, user cashback, a bonus for meeting requirements or a first top-up bonus. Not every reward type is necessarily available to every partner.

Apply

Open the Nexus bot, complete account registration and select More → Partner program → Submit an application.

The application has four main steps:

  1. About you — your name or organization and a contact.
  2. Where you work — links to your resources and optional average reach.
  3. Cooperation setup — your cooperation format, payout jurisdiction and optional comments.
  4. Review and submit — check the details, edit any sections you need to change and send the application.

Check the application's status in the same section after submission. If the team requests more information, update your details. The working cabinet becomes available after approval and completion of the terms setup. Submitting an application alone does not enable campaigns or payouts.

Your partner cabinet

The main cabinet sections are:

  • Overview — cabinet status, rewards, acquisition metrics and your next available action.
  • Campaigns & links — create campaigns and manage links.
  • Statistics — clicks, registrations, users who met the requirements, requests and earnings.
  • Rewards — available funds, pending earnings, payouts and balance conversion.
  • Help & terms — cooperation terms, documentation and help.

Available actions depend on your cabinet's status and agreed terms. If the cabinet is paused or restricted, new campaigns, payouts or conversions may be unavailable; transaction history remains accessible.

Use separate campaigns for different platforms or placements. Each has a name, a reward type, its own statistics and a permanent link.

You can reopen the link in the campaign card, copy it or use Share. You do not need to create another campaign to retrieve the same link. Check the campaign's status and terms before publishing it.

Campaigns can be activated, paused, ended and archived when those actions are available. Changes to terms become restricted after users have joined. You can copy a campaign for a new placement and give it a separate link.

Statistics and earnings

Statistics help you compare campaigns: clicks, registrations, users who met the requirements, API use and earnings. You can view users under anonymous labels, inspect earnings and export statistics.

A link click or registration alone does not mean you have earned a reward. Earnings depend on eligible paid use and the agreed reward type. Free trial and bonus spending do not increase the paid usage amount used for earnings. A refund or cancellation of a related payment may adjust the reward.

Payouts and balance conversion

Rewards shows Available, Pending and Paid separately. Payouts and conversions use the available amount, accounting for requests already submitted.

Money payout: select Request payout, enter an amount and choose a method enabled for your cabinet. The minimum is 1,500 ₽, and the standard processing time is up to 7 days. Payout methods and eligibility depend on your agreed terms and cabinet status. A submitted request does not mean the money has already been sent: check its status and payout date.

Convert to Nexus balance: if enabled, select Convert to balance. You receive an additional 15% bonus: for example, converting 1,000 ₽ of earnings credits 1,150 ₽ for using Nexus. The bot shows the source amount and total credit before confirmation. These funds are bonus balance and do not count as new paid usage for referral or partner rewards.

Participation conditions

Use agreed platforms and describe Nexus accurately. Spam, self-referrals, artificial registrations and misleading promotion are prohibited. Having a cabinet does not guarantee access to every reward type, payout or campaign action: check your terms and the actions currently available in the bot.
